 fuzzy pictures even with a tripod. Jul 13, 2010
I bought this lens for nature photography and astrophotography. This lens is very poor optical quality and cannot obtain a sharp focus at any didtance. i cannot change the collimination because the cover is glued shut. very dissapointed.

I bought this lens for nature photography and it didn't dissappoint me. This is a manual lens, so you have to set your camera in manual mode. Know your camera first! There's a lot of adjustment to be done in order to take a good picture but, you'll get use to it. A tripod is a must because you only have a 3 degree window and every breath and heart beat you make is transmitted through the lens. You can use a 2X teleconverter ( or, Opteka 2x mutiplier ) if you wish. The end result is great!
